Texting Trouble

People in this world seem to have a high dependency on electronics. Considering most people have at least a phone and computer, we are starting to get to the point where people cannot hold intelligent conversations with each other face to face. It seems that most conversations are potholed with “ums” and awkward silences.
With all the new technology coming out, it is hard to resist buying something new because having a new device that can do as little as one or two new things then the previous device is so much more interesting. People spend hundreds to just over $1300 for these new upgraded phones for iOS devices alone. An iPad that runs $499 or iPad Mini for $399 makes iOS prices look outrageous.
People want these products for useful work properties and entertainment but when there are cheaper and just as efficient items, they are intoxicated by the Apple symbol. People focus on popular brands they already know and praise. They want to hear “Oh nice iPad” not “You have a which type of tablet?”
People love their iOS devices for not only work, but play as well. Games such as “Fun Run”, the horribly violent cartoon race game, have caught students attention and distracts them from school work. They have racing games, shooters or puzzle games which distract anyone who becomes addicted to them.
With the high prices, paying for apps and music and the ability to distract people from task that need doing such as homework, devices aren’t as good as most think. Where will the future of iOS devices go? They will become more distracting, more expensive and hopefully more useful.
