Blue Sushi's Food Is Manta Cray

Blue Sushi Sake Grill may have some of the best sushi in Nebraska, seeing as the state is close to neither a coastline, nor Japan for that matter. The impressive menu boasts a myriad of different plates to consume.
Those mouthwatering menu items won’t be so distant from Waverly’s residents after May; Blue Sushi is expanding their Omaha chain into Lincoln’s Haymarket district this spring.
One dish at the restaurant is absolutely delectable, in another league beyond the rest of Blue’s scrumptious sushi: the Hawaiian Roll. It’s a tempura fried roll with salmon, crab and juicy mango, which would usually seem quite an outlandish grouping, but it is executed with perfection and leaves the customer wanting more.
The atmosphere of the building makes it seem enticingly modern. True to its name, Blue Sushi’s walls are... well, blue. An azure glow emanates from the establishment, highlighting the architecture quite classily.
For all its glitz and glamour, Blue is plagued by an issue that can be found in every sushi joint I’ve visited. It’s not a whole lot of bang for your buck; for how expensive the dishes are, they sure don’t fill up a hungry teenager. Fast food is an inexpensive solution to that issue, luckily.
For seasoned sushi-eaters and novices alike, Blue Sushi Sake Grill is a fantastic locale to dine at. Anyone from Nebraska will be hard-pressed to find a better sushi restaurant without leaving the state.
And Lincoln residents will soon be able to go there without leaving their city. The restaurant chain’s newest location will open up in the Haymarket in May, and it may see some competition from Dozo Sushi Grill, another sushi place in that area of Lincoln.
However, the introduction of another reputable eatery in the Haymarket may leave Dozo’s owners feeling a little blue.
