Light french music plays in the background, and in the distance the sound of glasses clinking can be heard. People are awaiting the scrumptious food.

Breakfast is the main attraction at The Green Gateau. They offer dishes varying from savory to sweet. The french toast is light and airy, with strawberries and whipped cream.

The light appetizers are incredibly delectable. It is the perfect amount of food for a small meal without overdoing it.

On the savory side of breakfast are the eggs benedict; hollandaise covered eggs poached to perfection.

Lunch and dinner consist of more filling dishes and meat that melts off the bone infused with lighter dishes like salad.

Dessert is special to the french restaurant. It mostly consists of European cakes.

The namesake of the restaurant is what makes it shine. The Green Gateau is a chocolate cake filled with two types of divine chocolate mousse. Pistachio butter and almond fondant are the finishing touch to make the dish unique.

The atmosphere reflects the menu of the restaurant. Tables draped with table cloths in the front dining area. The back of the restaurant is cozy. The booths line walls littered with quotes about food and European culture.

So, if you are looking for a quiet brunch in a fancy atmosphere, the Green Gateau is the place to go.
